We offer two service
levels
Standard time and materials Standard
business support is available on an as needed basis during normal business hours
of
Monday through Friday 8am
to 5pm EST, Our goal is to respond to phone/email communication within a
4 hour period of time.
--- We do not accept text message
communication for service requests. --- After hours support /
special projects must be scheduled in advance.
Service agreement and maintenance programs Many of our clients
prefer a customized service package. This is a package including specific
services that can include workstation maintenance, expanded hours of support and
more dynamic response times. These packages have a fixed rate to help you plan
your monthly budget.
